PostDoc in Tipping points in mountain ecosystems 80-100% (f/m/d)

Within the Horizon Europe-funded research project TipESM, there is a 2-years PostDoc position open at the Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape Research WSL. The goal of TipESM is to investigate climate tipping points in the Earth system, including their impact on ecosystems and society. Within the project, WSL’s role is to detect and evaluate tipping points in mountain ecosystems. For that you will analyze large datasets of climate change impact models that have been prepared within ISIMIP, and various other sources. Proficiency in Python and R is a necessity for this position, along with strong skills in computing, data science, and/or AI, which would be considered advantageous.
